1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website nextobject.in ("Site") or purchasing our custom 3D keepsakes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Custom Product Orders & Reference Materials

Our Site allows you to configure products and upload custom reference photographs for 3D modeling:

• Content Ownership: You retain the copyrights to the photos you upload. However, by uploading, you grant Next Object a limited license to process, distribute, and alter the images solely to model and manufacture your custom physical product.
• Prohibited Uploads: You agree not to upload reference photos that contain illegal, obscene, hateful, threatening, or highly offensive material, or material violating third-party copyrights or trademarks. We reserve the right to cancel any orders violating this clause.

3. Payment & Pricing Sync

All prices listed on nextobject.in are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed through the secure payment portal, Razorpay:

• Dynamic shipping charges (₹50 for domestic orders under ₹499, and FREE shipping for domestic orders ₹499 and above) are calculated at checkout.
• By completing payment, you authorize our gateway to charge the full total amount shown.
• Any pricing display errors or server bugs causing incorrect billing can be resolved by order suspension or balance adjustments.

4. Strict Cancellation & Return Terms

As detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Cancellations are strictly allowed only within 2 to 4 hours of order placement.
• Since keepsakes are custom 1-of-1 items, no returns or refunds are provided once digital modeling or physical printing machinery initiates production.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, layouts, branding assets, custom software, 3D design file assets, STL files, and code on nextobject.in remain the exclusive intellectual property of Next Object. You do not acquire any ownership rights by configuring, ordering, or purchasing physical products. Custom 3D design files generated by our modeling team are proprietary assets and will not be shared with customers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Next Object is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this Site, courier carrier transport delays, custom print variations, or reference photograph quality mismatches.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
