1. Custom Manufacturing & Preparation Time

Unlike traditional retail outlets, Next Object items are not pre-manufactured or stocked. Each keepsake is designed, modeled, and 3D printed individually:

• Digital Modeling: Takes 1 to 2 business days from the time you upload your reference photographs.
• 3D Additive Printing: Takes 1 to 2 business days to extrude and finish the physical materials.
• Quality Check & Packing: Takes 1 business day to inspect and pack in custom protective packaging.
• Total Processing Time: Expect a fulfillment preparation window of 3 to 5 business days before courier dispatch.

2. Shipping Rates (Domestic India)

We provide express courier delivery across India via our logistics aggregator, Shiprocket. Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout:

3. Courier Partners & Delivery Timeline

Once handed over to Shiprocket:

• We partner with top-tier courier carriers such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and DTDC to ensure safe transport of your keepsakes.
• Standard delivery across metro cities takes 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
• Delivery to tier-2 cities, regional hubs, and remote locations takes 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
• Tracking links and airway bill numbers are emailed automatically as soon as labels are generated.

4. International & Bulk Customizations

Our standard checkout portal is restricted to India domestic orders:

• For delivery addresses outside India, please contact us directly on WhatsApp. We will manually coordinate weight-based carrier shipping surcharges.
• For corporate gifting, wholesale custom orders, or events, please contact support or click the WhatsApp button on product pages.

5. Delivery Address Adjustments

Since shipping labels are generated automatically via Shiprocket, please verify your pincode and phone number at checkout. Address updates can only be accepted within 4 hours of purchase by contacting hello@nextobject.in. Once dispatched, packages cannot be rerouted.
