The information we gather is used to operate our store and deliver premium keepsakes:

• To build digital 3D models and print physical custom keepsakes based on reference uploads.
• To process payments securely through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay).
• To book domestic carrier logistics and generate tracking labels (Shiprocket).
• To email you draft renders, order confirmations, and logistics tracking links (Resend).
• To authenticate your session and protect your account dashboard (Supabase).

3. Data Security & Reference Photo Integrity

We treat your uploaded personal photographs with strict confidentiality:

• Your reference photos are stored in secure private cloud buckets with strict Row Level Security (RLS) on Supabase. Only authenticated administrators and designers have secure access to retrieve files.
• All transaction pages, checkout pipelines, and data transfer tunnels utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) encryption.
• Reference photos are strictly utilized for 3D modeling drafts and are automatically purged from design server caches upon successful delivery confirmation.

4. Sharing Data with Authorized Processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share specific data segments with verified processors to fulfill orders:

• Razorpay: Receives customer contact, email, and order pricing to process payments. Card details are processed on Razorpay secure servers and are never stored on our site.
• Shiprocket: Receives customer name, address, telephone number, and item quantities to dispatch shipping carriers (Delhivery, BlueDart, etc.).
• Resend: Receives email addresses and order logs to dispatch automated notifications.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to maintain your shopping cart, remember customized product options, and authenticate session states. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though it will restrict checkout capabilities.
