Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Nextobject.in ("Website", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our custom 3D-engineered physical solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Custom 3D-Printing Tolerances & Product Nature
Nextobject manufactures items utilizing advanced FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and stereolithography (SLA) additive technologies. Due to the layer-by-layer nature of 3D printing, products may display minor surface variations, visible layer lines, or support structure residuals. These are structural characteristics of customized manufacturing and do not constitute defective materials.
We design with specific spatial tolerances (typically ±0.1mm). However, thermal contractions of co-polymers (PLA, PETG, ABS, Carbon Fiber) may cause minor dimension shifts.
3. User Content & Custom Files
When you upload CAD files (`.stl`, `.obj`, etc.) or custom models to our `/custom` upload portal, you represent and warrant that you hold all intellectual property rights for the uploaded file. You agree not to upload any model that infringes on patent, copyright, trademark, or safety standards of any jurisdiction. We reserve the right to decline print requests for models containing offensive, illegal, or structurally hazardous components.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices for all product drops and custom print parameters are calculated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are listed inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
We secure e-commerce transactions through Razorpay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all purchases.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nextobject.in, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the thermal properties, structural breakdown, or weight capacities of our 3D-printed mounts, organizers, or vanity components.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
