Refund & Cancellation

Essential Unboxing Policy
Because Nextobject items are custom engineered and printed to order, returns, cancellations, or replacements are strictly available **only for products damaged during shipping and transit transit**.
360° Unboxing Video
A continuous, unedited 360-degree unboxing video is **mandatory** for claiming returns or replacements.
Damages Covered
Coverage only applies to structural snap-offs, cracks, or layer splittings directly caused by postal transit.
1. Transit Damage Replacement Claim
If your physical drop arrived with transit damages, you must submit a claim within **48 hours** of package delivery.
To submit a successful claim:
- Send an email to support@nextobject.in containing your Order ID.
- Attach your continuous, unedited 360° unboxing video showing the shipping label, packaging tape cutting, and the structural damage details.
- Once validated, our print farm will dispatch a brand-new identical print solution within **3 business days** at no additional cost.
2. Order Cancellations
Once an order is paid, it enters our automated digital processing farm pipelines. Filament spools are heated and CAD prints are locked into active print queues. Consequently:
- Cancellations are accepted **only within 2 hours** of completing checkout.
- Once physical thermal printing has commenced, cancellations or cancellations refunds are **not supported**.
3. Non-Returnable Scenarios
Returns and refunds are **not** supported for:
- Customer dimension mistakes, incorrect device compatibility checks, or variant selection errors.
- Minor aesthetic layer variances inherent to standard thermal extrusion layers.
- Damage caused by dropping, overloading, custom installations, or extreme sunlight exposures.
4. Refund Processing
In rare cases where a cash refund is authorized (e.g. print farm spool outage preventing fulfillment), the amount will be processed back to the original payment source via Razorpay. It typically takes **5-7 business days** to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
