1. Production Lead Times (3D Printing Farm Process)

Unlike mass-manufactured plastics imported from overseas warehouses, every Nextobject solution is custom-printed to order in our local Hyderabad farm.

Each product print cycle takes between **2.5 to 9 hours** of thermal printing, followed by precise chemical cooling, structural curing, manual support material stripping, and stress testing:

• Catalog Drops: Typically dispatched in **2-3 business days**.
• Custom Models (/custom): Dispatched in **3-5 business days** following invoice clearance and CAD review confirmation.

2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Timelines

We partner with primary domestic air courier channels (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, DTDC Express) to deliver nationwide across India.

Standard transit times following farm dispatch:

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai): **2-4 business days**.
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: **4-6 business days**.
• Remote Locations & Northeast Regions: **6-8 business days**.

3. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

To maximize customer value, we offer direct shipping tiers:

• Orders above ₹499.00: **Free Shipping** nationwide.
• Orders below ₹499.00: Flat Shipping charge of **₹49.00** applied at checkout.

4. Real-time Timelines & Tracking

Immediately upon package pickup by our logistics carrier, you will receive:

• An automated tracking email containing your **AWD Tracking Number** and live link.
• An SMS status update from Shiprocket / Delhivery courier networks.
• You can also track real-time milestones by entering your Order ID into our public **Tracking Desk (`/track/[id]`)** portal.

5. Delivery Failures

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to **3 times**. If a package is returned to our print farm due to wrong addresses, invalid PIN codes, or contact unavailability, subsequent redeliveries will incur a re-shipping fee of ₹80.00.
